Lookit me, I'm on a roll!
I've been doing a hell of a lot more drawing in the last two weeks than I have in the last six months combined. Practice makes perfect, they say.
This is just a quick concept that I thought looked particularly villainous. Posting it up here before it's done because, well, because I can, for one, and secondly, because I need a villainous name for this vile creature. Any suggestions?
EDIT: Base colours down. Still no back legs/torso...
Also, alternate title options include "Stain-Glass Tears" "Evil Incarnate" and "Who's Afraid Of The Big Bad Wolf?" Which do you prefer?

Ooh this is a very dynamic pose and his expression turned out really great, very intense. I also love the red 'swirls', they add an even more vibrant energetic touch as well as a bit of a magical aspect.
For some reason I feel that his back paws should maybe still be visible but I am no master of animal anatomy so I might be wrong. ^^
Have you also considered adding a bit of shading? Not even much but I think that just one layer of shadows/highlights in a cel-shaded style could make this picture pop even more. I see though that this is a WIP so I'm assuming you might still add that anyway.
And trust me, it looks really great now already.
